STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIPS

Strategic Partnerships are selective collaborations where I contribute video production, creative direction, and marketing expertise in alignment with business growth objectives. These partnerships go beyond project‑based work and are structured around revenue participation or equity, depending on the opportunity.

This model is designed for organizations with validated ideas, proven demand, or clear growth potential that benefit from high‑impact storytelling and execution.

Partnership Models

Revenue Share Partnerships

In revenue share engagements, I partner with clients to create scalable video assets—such as educational programs, training platforms, or digital products—in exchange for a share of ongoing revenue. These partnerships align incentives from the outset and focus on long‑term performance rather than one‑time deliverables. A representative example includes nursing education platforms such as Grit Nursing, where video content and marketing strategy support sustained growth and recurring revenue. Equity‑Based Early‑Stage Partnerships

For select early‑stage companies, I collaborate in exchange for equity rather than traditional fees. These projects typically involve product explanation, brand positioning, or investor‑facing videos at critical moments such as fundraising or market entry. One such engagement included La Forza, where I partnered early to help articulate their product vision through video. The company later raised $20 million, and my participation was structured through company shares.

These opportunities are evaluated carefully and pursued only when the team, product, and market demonstrate strong potential.

Strategic partnerships are designed to ensure clarity, alignment, and measurable impact from the start. Each engagement begins with a thorough evaluation of the product, target market, and growth opportunity, followed by defining the partnership structure, scope, and clear success metrics. From there, video and marketing assets are developed and deployed with a direct connection to business outcomes, then continuously refined and scaled based on performance and growth goals. The emphasis is always on creating high-quality assets that compound in value and continue delivering results over time. These partnerships are best suited for education platforms, training companies, and course creators; founders with a validated product or existing audience; early-stage startups preparing for fundraising or market expansion; and organizations seeking a long-term creative and marketing partner rather than one-off projects. Why Partner With Lindgren
Media My background combines creative production with real‑world marketing execution and business collaboration. I’ve worked across commercial, educational, and early‑stage environments, bringing clarity to complex ideas and helping position products in competitive markets. The partnership model reflects how I work best—embedded, accountable, and aligned with results.

Strategic Partnerships are limited and selective. If you believe your product, platform, or company is a strong fit for a revenue share or equity‑based collaboration, I welcome an introduction.

We use AI in new innovative ways or when it can save money on a project, yet every successful project starts with expertise and real people.

Lindgren Media offers comprehensive video production services tailored for companies, organizations, and individuals seeking high-impact content like YouTube series, training videos, documentary-style productions, and other custom content development, all without upfront cash payments through their innovative Film Trade program. This barter system allows clients to exchange valuable services or talents—such as marketing expertise, graphic design, legal advice, or specialized skills—for professional video work, capitalizing on inflated economic conditions where personal and professional offerings hold higher trade value, often delivering more than double the equivalent of a traditional invoice. Too often, businesses overlook budgeting for essential promotion needed for external sales, internal training, or brand awareness, but Film Trade addresses this by enabling seamless swaps for services including in-studio setups, field reality production, animations, 3D imaging, livestream packages, and on-air talent, produced by an expert team with decades of experience in originals TV shows, commercials, and streaming distribution. In today's devalued dollar environment, this approach maximizes value, fostering mutual growth without financial strain while delivering motion content that connects providers with consumers through living, sensory storytelling.

This barter model empowers creators and businesses to strategically invest in promotion by leveraging their own talents, products, or services to produce polished videos that drive results across platforms.
